Excellent place to live! The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, Biscuits baseball park, hotels and convention center, ease access. The property management team has been outstanding always professional, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance is needed. The community is well maintained, quiet, and feels very welcoming. Overall, a great living experience and I would definitely recommend this apartment community to others!

Wonderful Downtown Apartment
Most important, there is a very secure and safe feeling to these apartments. The apartments are cleaned very well upon move in and the halls are cleaned, if not every day, very regularly. Also, watching the beautiful night life from the balcony was one of the best dopamine-inducing experiences I have ever had. It's in a great neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance (e.g. riverfront, local lounges/bars, local restaurants). The only con I think people should know about is the parking... lot isn't owned by Foshee, so you will share it with the city, and it does get packed very often making it hard to find a parking spot during busy times like after 5pm and the weekends.
