I’ve lived in this apartment for a month now, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since move-in, half of the apartment's lights have not worked, leaving parts of the unit in near darkness. More concerning, there's been a large hole in the ceiling above the dining area that leaks severely every time it rains. This isn't just an eyesore—it creates a safety hazard and an unlivable situation.
Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups with property... management, nothing has been done to resolve either issue. The lack of urgency or even basic communication is unacceptable. These problems existed before we moved in, and it's clear they were never addressed. If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere until management proves they can maintain a habitable living space and respond appropriately to tenant concerns.

Excited!! Move in tomorrow!
I am thrilled to share my experience with Azalea Hills Apartments as I get ready to move in tomorrow! From the very beginning, Janesha has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.
Moving 1200 miles away from home is no small feat, but Janesha made it so much easier for my wife and me. She was super specific about what was needed for the application and went above and beyond to stay in constant contact with us. Her responsiveness and dedication truly made us feel... valued as prospective tenants.
Thanks to her assistance, we were able to secure a wonderful new place to stay, and we couldn't be happier! If you're looking for a new home, I highly recommend Azalea Hills Apartments, and I cannot thank Janesha enough for her exceptional service!

No tour
The lady who was supposed to give us a tour, Janiesha, never showed up for the first scheduled tour. Then, when she reached out to reschedule we showed up again and she never showed up. Very unprofessional

BAD AC for almost 3 WEEKS!
several excuses for delays on AC repair. From other high ticket items needing priority to ordering parts for close to 16 days straight. and when they FINALLY get to repairing the AC unit, they do NOT HAVE any Freon to put in it.
I highly discourage ANY rentor looking for a decent place to live to rent from this place due to high excuses for repairs when necessary. ONLY rent when you can not find any place else!
