Berry hill apartments is an amazing place to live,not only are the apartments beautiful but the staff are very friendly as well..I would highly recommend berry hill to anybody that wants safe and beautiful community!

Outdated apartments
These apartments really need a makeover ! The appliances are outdated. Kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms truly need to be updated. I would not recommend these apartments to no one ! Too much money for these apartments. You can get updated ones for that type of money.

Outdated and expensive for the times
Aggressive collections techniques during time of COVID. Went 14 days late on rent, was sent and eviction notice and an extra $150 late fee. Amenities non-existent and maintenance slow and unresponsive. Keep looking

Run, don’t walk away from here!
Very negative experience overall at this Foshee community, Berryhill Place. Constant maintenance issues that are left unresolved as rent continues to increase. Gate to community is constantly broken, and neighbors are very loud. Management does little to nothing about any of these issues unless you hunt them down and beg them daily to send someone out...even then it’s unlikely the maintenance problem won’t happen again. So disappointed, would not recommend living here.

Pray for quiet neighbors, no maintenance issues, and that the gate works.
If you have quiet neighbors this place would be ideal. However, the walls are paper thin and we can clearly hear our neighbors at all hours of the day/night. We have also had several maintenance issues that have been handled promptly, but have only been "Band-Aid" fixes for larger issues that keep reoccurring. The management picks and chooses when rules are applied and when residents get charged fees. The complex is advertised to be "pet-friendly" but truthfully management would rather you not... have any pets...given the outrageous amount of rules regarding pets. There are only 2 doggie clean up stations and they never have the bags stocked and the waste bin for doggie cleanup is always full too. Over 50% of the time, the gate is broken to the complex so advertising that it's a gated community seems deceitful as the gate hardly ever works. Save the frustration and just rent a house for the money you'd spend here.
