Horrible

I had water and plumbing issues with black guck coming out of my sink and my bathroom sink kept flooding and causing a swimming pool on my floor. My ac was leaking for 6 months causing mold and damages to my towels and furniture due to the over excessive water in my carpet every day. The ac is always going out as it is 85 degrees in my house now during the summer 105 degree heat. The outside parking lot is always dirty but they're always outside acting like they're cleaning the lot. The outside… walls are very dirty so it does not look presentable. They do not respond to maintenance issues and I also had them lie and say my issue was resolved when it wasn't. The neighbors fight and shoot and a bullet came through my wall. They have roaches and mold. Big hole behind my toilet they wont patch up, ceiling fan was broke for 6 months, and my plugs were catching fire.

Love it

I enjoyed staying out there and Woodley Graden and I stayed out there 4 years... they’ll willing to work with... I haven’t had any problems since I been out there. Daryl was also great I’m missed them..
