Bristol Downs

I have lived here for 5 yrs, mainly because of affordability and location, but There
are things listed in the description that aren't even here. No Basketball court, racquetball court, only one pool that's functional and they keep it locked most of the time.2 pcs of equipment in the so called gym that you have no access to. No onsite maintenance. There is a gate that hasn't worked since I've lived here. There is no door to door trash pick up. That stopped 4 years ago. Office personnel is rude… and they ignore requests and complaints. I've had a leak for over 3mths that has yet to be fixed. This same leak has been an issue for 5 yrs. They keep raising the rent with promises of upgrades, better security and NOTHING happens. I have a few nice neighbors but the unit itself and the management is very disappointing and getting worse. I've rented a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 months. I wanted to wait to post a review until I lived here awhile. The manager Shannon, Sherry, and Jasmine the office staff were very helpful to get me through all of the paperwork. They and the maintenance staff were quick to correct a few problems I had. The complex and grounds are landscaped beautifully! It is so quiet you forget you are in the middle of Montgomery! I would recommend anyone to lease an apartment here! 5 stars from me!

I recently moved into Bristol Downs. The application process went so smoothly and the people in the office are extremely nice and helpful! The apartment is great and fits me just right! I am so happy with my choice!

I been living at bristol downs apartments for about five or six years
a studio apartment my rent is 470.00 but with hours being cut I'm going have to get another job because of other bills and rent coming every month if I win
I could pay up my rent on time ahead up to a year and I would like to buy a home because I need the space and more room for my dvds and to cook
