DONT COME
I have only been living here for 3 months and Ive had to put in about 8 different maintenance requests. Almost every appliance in my apartment was either broken or has broken since I’ve moved in. My thermostat was broken, dishwasher was broken and let’s not mention i can’t open both shelves of my dishwasher without the entire dishwasher coming out of the wall. Im spending $50 extra EVERY MONTH for a washer and dryer and my washing machine doesn’t spin properly , my clothes are soaked almost… every-time i pull them out . My garbage disposal was broken so maintenance came and fixed it and now my dishwasher is leaking water when I run it . I have also been dealing with fruit flies since I’ve moved in , I asked a neighbor and they’re having the same issue . The walls are paper thin i hear my neighbors do everything . Way too much money for such poor quality .
