Quiet, Safe, and Friendly atmosphere

My wife and I moved into the Flats a few months ago and we could not have asked for a better place to live. I was most concerned about safety and noise as I have to work night shift here and there. Since settling into the community, I have not worried one bit about her safety at nights by herself or having trouble sleeping through a day. One of my favorite things to do is run the Hampstead loop and having sidewalks on each side of all the streets is a huge plus! Everybody here is so friendly and… when you factor in the food and drink options available in the community, the atmosphere here is unbeatable.

Love the community feel!

I’ve in my 5th year living at The Flats and I cannot image living anywhere else! Rather than just another apartment complex, living at The Flats is being a part of the Hampstead community. Three restaurants within walking distance where it’s great to meet up with neighbors. Lots of space to walk/run with several parks, a lake, and lots of green space. I also feel comfortably safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Maintenance requests have always been responded to promptly.

This property is clean, spacious, quiet, and gorgeous!! I have been living in the Flats for over a year and don't have any complaints!!!! The amenities are one of a kind and super exclusive! It's like living within your own little community!!!

The Flats are great

This has been my wife and I's favorite apartment complex in Montgomery. It has a nice, quiet and safe atmosphere and we love walking throughout the neighborhood. The management team has been prompt with any requests that we have had during our stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Flats!

My husband and I have loved living in the flats! They are comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We love walking in the neighborhood and enjoy having restaurants so close. Rent is a bit high for the space you get but it’s worth it for the neighborhood atmosphere. Parking, mail service, and side walks are all great. There is always a bit of construction going on, sometimes kids driving golf carts, or traffic from the restaurants but those are minimal issues compared to the positives! We love having… the tennis courts available as well. 10/10!
