I’m leaving a 5-star review because I was ultimately helped by another associate who was absolutely phenomenal. However, prior to being assisted, I wasn’t greeted when I arrived. There were three employees working at the time, and although Gabrielle was available, she did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I had to wait until the other associate finished with a customer before I received help. Once I was helped, the service was great, but I did want to note the initial experience.

This is the worst apart complex I’ve ever stayed at. I called for maintenance to come out to fix my air conditioning unit, dish washer. They came out once and said they fixed it. It went right back out in 2 days. I called again and they said they will put a work order in for me and nobody never showed. Water started to return back into my apartment, black mold was behind the sheet rock that they painted over. The wall started to fall apart and my 1 year old was staying there with me as well and... started crawling through all of the sheet rock and water and I had to get him and leave the place because they never fixed anything. I have stayed here for many years. Luxury apartments without breaking the bank. Nice scenic view and great amenities . I enjoy being able to walk to local shopping centers and Shakespeare park. The property manager is so attentive and friendly. She stays on top of requests and is very accommodating.

Maintenance is poor. I have had to call 10 times to have appliances fixed. They do not keep record of work orders. All to raise rent but keep the standards low! I’m moving ASAP

The apartments are falling apart, has bugs refrigerators leaks peeling ceiling gook in the garbage disposal and tub was not properly sealed or refinished. They will show you the model apartment and make you think the apartment that you are getting is going to be a nice apartment and you get the cheap did not bother to get the apartment ready. Do not waste your time or energy to rent from these greedy people. All they want is your money and they will take your money. They will get you to... sign a lease and will take you to the cleaners because they do not fix anything and you will be stuck until you end your lease or move. They will continue to do the next person the same way. The manager and the management doesn't care nor do their staff about how they treat people or their tenants.
