Great place to live with children

Barrington Parc is an excellent place to live. I have been a resident for several years and appreciate raising my children in a safe environment. The new management team at Barrington Parc has done a fantastic job maintaining our complex, making it clean and up to date. They have installed basketball goals, a playground, and barbecue grills for everyone to enjoy. Thank you, Cathy and Crystal, for all your hard work!

Awesome

I moved in 6 months ago and it was the best move ever. The management has it altogether plus they are great when it comes to maintenance. I give it 5 STARS plus.

Bed bugs!

They have bed bugs and roaches. The roaches will crawl on you during the night. Sometimes during the day. A ton of illegal activity goes on here. Shootings, drug deals, hit and runs, constant loud commotion outside, juveniles out at all hours destroying personal property. Terrible place to go!!!!!!! They will inspect your apartment at least once a month but do nothing about the horrible tenants and bugs

When it comes to crime, unfortunately, we have no control over when and where it occurs. That… is why we ask our residents to always stay vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Please reach out to our office about any remaining concerns and we will do our best to help you get them resolved.

Nasty place

They don't fix anything. The lot is trashed half of the time because the garbage people don't pick up so residents have to leave trash by dumpster. Kids vandalize property. They don't know how to post payments correctly. They lost ours for a month before they found it. Don't live here. Not worth what they are asking for.

Big Turn-Around

This place used to have maintenance and property manager that didn’t really care about the property before. But they’ve got new people on who care about the property and care about making this a better place for everyone! Huge Improvement. Highly recommend moving here!
