Parking is available with a pass that costs $35 per car plus taxes, with a limit of two cars. Only one pass is permitted during holidays. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach during the summer season.

For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Beach towels are not provided.
Guests have access to four on-site pools, including one heated during the winter months, tennis and shuffleboard courts for added recreation. A seasonal snack bar, The Sugar Shack, is open during the summer, and BBQ grills with picnic tables are available for outdoor meals. A car is recommended.
