Each of the three bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind; the first two bedrooms feature inviting setups with plenty of natural light, and the third bedroom is ideal for families or groups with a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Paid parking is available on-site for $50 per car, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed. Access to the beachfront pool, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, barbecue patio featuring multiple stainless steel grills and concrete picnic tables, and fitness center are included.
As a guest, you’ll have access to great on-site amenities, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, and fitness center. There’s also a direct boardwalk to the beach, making it easy to go from your condo to the sand in just minutes. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, with a $200 fine for violators. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violators. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
