For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There is a security camera/recording device outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals.
