Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration.

The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV and guests can get a code at Phoenix III. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are enforced with Noise ware technology and violators will be fined. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Surveillance cameras are on site for safety.
