For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Parking spots are limited. You can secure your spot by booking in advance and detailed instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation and check-in instructions. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent and violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction with a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and violators will be charged a $200 fine.
