For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
