Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy that applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Parties or events are prohibited, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
