A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. There are security cameras installed outside for your safety and protection, but no cameras are inside the property. Beach towels are not provided. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA.
