Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. Pets are allowed for $100 plus taxes per pet. Up to two dogs are allowed from Labor Day to Memorial Day, and only one dog is allowed from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog.

From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
