For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. NO SMOKING in the apartment as well as the patio. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
