For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Only Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The outdoor pools will not be heated from November 2 through February 28, 2025, and outdoor pool heating will resume on March 1, 2025.
