The manager Rhonda has made many changes to this beautiful place, everything is very clean and it is a very quiet place, my neighbors are very friendly, these apartments are the best thank you

I love living here, all the children play and get along. The neighbors are all kind to each other and always available to help if any is needed. Rhonda is the bees knees, she's always making sure her tenants being cared for is first priority. She is the heart of the community. Plus the location is great and convenient to stores, church, dining, etc. :)

We absolutely love living here. This will be our third year coming up. My son is safe to play outside, neighbors all help take care each other. Our manager, Rhonda is the real deal. She is kind and quick to respond makes sure the grounds are kept nice. She truly cares about the tenets and all their needs. We are close to everything we need and want. Great local church the island church minutes away, parks, groceries, etc.. all within minutes away about 6 months out of the year that is. Great location! Good neighborhood close to beach and schools and shopping. Perfect for me and my daughter. When my a/c went out the staff responding quickly and made sure it was not out long.
