Just Ok
Apartments are ok, they could use major upgrades especially since rent will be increasing drastically by the end of 2024. Maintenance takes way too long to come and management is a little unprofessional. Guest parking is also another annoying issue. I doubt I will be renewing my lease.

Very poor managed and maintenanced housing
Mildly adequate looking inside and out. Grounds are not kept very clean. Majority of children and teenagers adults as well especially on weekends are very loud and inappropriate language and behavior. Fairly safe neighborhood and nice people but are bothersome knocking and asking for to much to often. Abismal and unprofessional staff. Office and maintenance.
