Advice for New Renters

I have written this review many times. Do not rent here! I regret my choice of moving into these apartments. There were so many lies told especially about the carpet and repairs. The carpet was NEVER cleaned. I purchased a shampoo machine to clean the carpet. The amount of pet hair was unbelievable. Instead of replacing all of the blinds from the previous tenants which were dry rotten, they only replaced certain ones when asked. They were all dry rotten and breaking. My heat went out… multiple times during the winter while I was living in these apartments. It was as if they did not know how to fix the problem. These apartments are very old in appearance. There are no recent updates seen not even the refrigerator, stove, or dishwasher. There were repeated requests of repairs for the ceiling fan that NEVER happened. There was a kitchen draw which was broken and NEVER repaired my entire stay. If I had to choose again, I would not choose here. This is my honest opinion of these apartments. By the way, they will find a way to keep your security deposit. So, BEWARE!!!

Nice Area and Quiet

The property is very well maintained, great property manager. She lessons to the tenants and treat them with respect and dignity.

But it’s Home

Moved in March 2026, only downside was I had to deal with 3 different leasing Managers but the most recent Manager Alyssa was very nice and understanding of everything that happened before her and worked with me really well. Maintenance comes same day or next day, it’s very quiet, no loud noises, peaceful.

Great Atmosphere

I have live in these apartments for the past 10 years and 9 months. I moved in here in 2015 and I can honestly say I love the atmosphere very quiet, neighbors are very friendly the property managers that has come a d go made sure our needs and wants was met despite it is some minor issues overall I love the apartment complex.
