Steeple Crest Apartment Homes

If I could rate Steeplecrest lower than this I would. The people above us have there kids running wind sprints regularly to the point where you think someone is in your home. The light fixtures shake over an over very loudly to where it sounds like they might fall. I've called the office about a dozen times with ZERO results. If you like to live next to sketchy folks that are rude and with a do nothing office in an apartment that is very old and way over priced, this place is for you.

There have been multiple break-ins of cars in the parking lot which indicates this isn't the safest place to live. People around this apartment complex frequently party until very late on weekends and you hear everything because there is inadequate sound proofing and you are right on top of each other. The people with kids allow their children out early to play in their apartments, running and screaming and jumping right above you on weekends and again, you hear everything. After eight months of… five hours of sleep and management that laughs when you call and provides empty words and inactivity to address these issues, I would advise folks to stay away. Great pricing for quality apartments. The staff goes above and beyond, always friendly and helpful. The community offers great amenities and the location is convenient to everything.

Ridiculous pricing staff is rude all they care about is how much you make and tell you if you can afford it or not even if you know you can. When you go out your door you smell dog feces and the maintenance people ride through like they are on the race track. TOO noisey and never a place to park near your own apartment. They constantly post flyers about rules but never enforce them. ALSO usually only 1 washer and dryer work in the laundry facility and the car wash area is basically a garden hose… with sprayer and the vacuum tip is cut off. I would NOT recommend them. Read More
