I have lived here for a little over a year and since it has been taken over by new property managers it seems to run so much smoother. They seem to want to know their clients and do more for them with activities and giveaways. Maintenance is good about getting service orders done on a timely manner. I look forward to seeing what they have in store for the future because they just keep building into a better community!!

Everything seems to be getting a lot better. The new manager is so much better than the old one. Kaylee wouldn't even talk to residents or give us the time of day. Ashely sat down and talked to me about my concerns, her plan and I've already seen changes. The maintenance team is actually coming into our apartments and fixing things. It's a whole new world and I'm happy I decided to stay

I’ve lived at The District at Phenix City for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far! The staff is super friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The community is well-kept, and I love how spacious the homes are.
The amenities are a huge plus—especially the pool and gym—and I’ve enjoyed the resident events they host. It really makes you feel like part of a community. I’d definitely recommend The District to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient... place to live!

I've been living at this community for a few years now, and I have to say—things are finally turning around for the better. The new management team recently took over, and you can tell they’re serious about making positive changes.
What really stands out is how well they work together. It’s clear this isn’t their first time as a team—they’ve worked together before, and it shows in how smoothly things are running. Communication has improved, maintenance requests are being handled faster, and the... property is starting to look more cared for overall.
They’ve been proactive about getting things done instead of waiting for complaints to roll in, and it’s refreshing to see a team that actually seems invested in the community and its residents. If this pace continues, I’m genuinely excited to see where this place is headed.
Keep it up, team—it’s already making a difference.

I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I have no complaints! Management has recently starting doing more things to bring the community together which is fun. Any issues I have had (which aren’t many) have been responded to quickly. Thanks for making my experience here a great one.
