Willow Ridge Apartments

I lived here for 6 years, and I only have positive things to say. I have lived many places over the years, and Willow Ridge has been top tier. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional. Cindy at the front desk has been especially helpful over the years. Work orders get fixed quickly, the grounds are well kempt, and they actually give a discount for military service members!

The apartments are quiet, safe, family friendly, pet friendly, fairly cheap compared to other apartments... (with less amenities), and the location frankly can't be beat. You're within a 3-4 minute drive to publix, walmart, lowe's, home depot, target, chick-fil-a, several gas stations, numerous restaurants, numerous retailers, etc. It is only a 12 minute drive to Maxwell AFB/Downtown. While I'm sure this varies person to person, my experience with the other tenants has been great.

My experience with Willow Ridge has been extremely disappointing. The attitude from management is horrible and unprofessional. they gave the apartment that I was supposed to move into to someone else and I specifically said I did not want to be on the second floor, but they trying to say that they had me down for an apartment I did not agree on. instead of communicating respectfully or trying to resolve the issue, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior.

A wonderful place to live! Very spacious and have a lot of storage for an apartment. Anytime you have an issue it is address either by management or by their maintenance team! I have no complaints!

First I want to give a huge thank you to Cindy, Linda and Kam for making my transition into the apartments and out of the apartments amazing and easy. Sadly I had to leave sooner than expected due to a change in my duty station; but they have made my stay completely stress free and the best management I have ever lived under. They are very friendly and understanding.

I will say if you are military and looking for a great affordable place with all amenities from dishwasher to washer/dyer in... unit and just location alone this is hands down the complex for you. You will be right down the road from a great gym, shopping stores and about a 12-15 minute drive from base which is pretty close compared to other places. This apartment complex works well with military members and also gives a discount.

Even if you aren't military their prices are still very affordable and again just overall an amazing place to stay.
