Spanish Fort Town Center

I have called this apartment at least 25 times within the past week to schedule a tour- I have NEVER gotten anyone to answer, or to return my calls. I received ONE email about one of my many email requests for a tour. The email stated “what day and time works best for you?” So, I responded… twice… NEVER got any other response. I am trying to give these people money and my business, yet it seems like they couldn’t care less about customer service or even communicating with future residents. I’ve been living here for three months and it’s been nothing but good. The complex is really quite and I’ve discovered so many people and views from my patio. Its pet and kid friendly. Right next to The grounds is a park with a trail I love walking throughout the day. It’s a cool place to escape with the kids on the weekends.
The office staff was super friendly when I called to asked about more information Janica was patient with me throughout the application process.
I had some trouble... connecting to the o lines systems but the leasing staff helped make sure it was up and ready and things were ready at move in. Read More

The Spanish Fort apartments are large units with 1 bedroom studio, 1 bedroom study and various arrangements of 2 bedroom units with most units containing washer and dryer hookup. They have fully furnished corporate apartments which are very popular as evidenced due to the high turn over rate. The club house fitness complex has great amenities such as 2 large screen televisions, a pool table, a DVD check out station, a large kitchen area with range, microwave, refrigerator and large bar area in... the club house portion. The fitness center has a great variety of work out apparatus everything from differing types of aerobic machines to free weights with several small televisions mounted in front of aerobic area. They have a laundry area with 3 washers and dryers as well a pool area surrounded by palm trees a 2 hammocks. The weather is hot, but what makes it worth while is the sea breezes that come from Mobile bay which is less than 1/4 mile away.
