I have been without air condition for a month. No one answers your call in the office unless you call private. I have been given two small window units. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience no response. No update on when my air conditioner will be fixed.

Awful Office Staff
This complex is poorly managed and does not respect its residents. Maintenance issues are rarely handled in a timely manner. Complaints to the office manager are forwarded to the property's attorney. They will terminate your lease without cause.

We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you feel that we do not treat our residents with respect. We strive to maintain a respectful relationship with all of our residents. If there is something that we have done that you feel was... disrespectful towards you, we would like to apologize. Our maintenance staff works hard to complete the work orders in a timely manner. However, sometimes due to the work load, emergency calls, or inventory shortages, they can not complete some work orders as quickly as we would like. We do apologize for not completing any work order you may have had in a timely manner. Complaints are not forwarded to the attorney unless there is a reason to involve them. We would never just terminate a lease "without cause". That is illegal and we make sure that we always follow the laws of the state in regards to our leases. If you have anything that you would like to discuss further, please stop by my office and I will be glad to have a conversation with you. Thank you again for your feedback! Devin Barnes

Understaffed, Greedy Property Owners
Extremely understaffed. We receive regular emails notifying residents that maintenance requests or groundskeeping cannot be completed due to a lack of employees. Promises are made and not kept. All resources are directed towards renovations in unoccupied units while occupied units are ignored. I was recently told that my apartment "isn't a home" and that I shouldn't think it of it as such. Awful.

I'm sorry that you feel that you are not a priority. We try our best to make sure that our residents are happy and love where they live. Unfortunately, we recently had a maintenance employee out temporarily due to health issues. This was communicated... to resident so that they would understand that we were doing our best to get to work orders in a timely manner. The work load with only one maintenance staffer is a lot. We asked for patience during this time and made sure to get to emergency work orders right away. While we are doing renovations, we are not ignoring our current residents. Again, we do our best to make sure our residents are happy. We hope that your experience with us makes a turn to become a positive, enjoyable one. Please let us know how we can make that better for you.

Unprofessional Staff
Leah in the front office is extremely rude. I called to find out if there might be any two-bedroom units available soon. She let me know that they didn't have anything until March due to renovations. That's fine. I wasn't sure if they even offered three-bedroom units, so I asked about those. She laughed at me and in a very sarcastic tone says, "I don't have ANYTHING available like I said." She talked to me as if I was dumb for even asking. Okay, lady. I didn't know that you responding to my... question about two-bedroom units means you don't have ANYTHING. I wouldn't rent from y'all if you had 100 free units after being talked to like that. Red flag for sure.
After seeing some other reviews about the maintenance being terrible and apartments literally falling apart...looks like Leah did me a favor. Thanks.
