Best Place In Troy!
I love this place! Staff is always helpful and nice! Property is well manicured and maintained along with a beautiful pool! My friends and I love it here!

awesome!
I have lived at The District on Dozier for three years and have loved it! They are new apartments, clean, and well kept! The staff is so nice and very helpful! They even left me a note for my Birthday on my door! I love The District!

Poor management
Poor management...unprofessional manager !apartment has mold and mildew and the landlord continue to allow tenants to live there and not worry about the safety and health of tenants. Run ???????
