The staff are friendly and maintenance is very helpful. However, now that the university leases many of the units, the price is too high to justify considering the floor plans are fairly small. Great location if you aren't worried about cost.

It’s wonderful!

I love it here! The proximity to the University is great, especially as a music student, and the apartments are so nice. Everyone here has been so welcoming.

Not bad for a student apartment

**NO SECURITY CAMERAS OR REGULAR SECURITY PERSONNEL**

However.. out of state peeps like me feel very safe this close to campus and UAPD. My helicopter/worry-wort mother was very pleased with the safety, in general. Nowhere is perfect and Google is your friend here when looking up safe places in T-Town for students. But I truly believe worrisome parents will be happy with this property.

Gamedays for Alabama football, basketball and baseball are all within walking distance.

East Edge

East Edge has a great location. Within walking distance to classes, the stadium and bars, (which comes in handy on gamedays) as well as the fraternities. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are great too. The pool is great and always well kept. Overall a great place to live not too far off campus.
