ROACHES
Moved in when apartments and road were worse but redeeming quality was there were no roaches. Units being upgraded, streets fixed, my rent has increased twice in the two years since the new management company took over and I can't cook in my own home because of the roaches. Multiple complaints about appliances have been ignored. Grass is currently is taller than my knees.

Good apartments for the price
I've lived here for three years and so far it's been a good experience. The apartment are well kept and come with updated appliances. The maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. The only thing that I don't like are the roads and the upkeep of the grounds.
