As a resident for years the community is not safe, not gated, not at all luxury with dated apartments. Staff very unprofessional property and ease ways disgusting. You have to talk to a answering service for noise complaints.

Corporate Is AWFUL
As a long time resident, I can never say enough about the office staff and how great they always are. What makes this place suffer is corporate management. This is the third different management company in the last 4 years and this is by far the worst one. They handcuff staff so all decisions have to go through the corporate office. Rent never stops climbing, referral bonuses keep dropping, and very basic and obvious improvements/fixes are constantly neglected. Maintenance suffers from being... under-staffed and that alone would fix most complaints but apparently building 3 new grill patios is more important than putting money and resources into staffing and help that can actually make a difference. Hamilton Points is what is putting this property on the fast track to failure. Maybe if they actually sent a rep down once in a while to see the place themselves some actual productive decisions would be made.
