I Adore Skylar Ridge

I am in my 11th year here in the community. For the last 2 - 3 years the community name changed to Skylar Ridge and everything has been excellent since then. The management office staff (Morgan) and the maintenance manager (Quincy) are professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. There is an on-site police presence, which is comforting.The community has made a lot of upgrades, such as roofing , putting in a personal gym, updates in the pool area, stripping the parking lot. There are… community activities, such as having food trucks come in, appreciation days for customers, wind down Wednesdays, etc. I give the community a big thumbs up!

Great property & staff

I have enjoyed living at Skylar for the past 2 years. Morgan and Quincey are awesome and always make sure that everything is taken care of. New management has been amazing at upkeep on the property and all my maintenance repairs are completed the same day. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Nice place to live!

I've been here 4 years, and it's a good place. New management have been cleaning up, repainting, pressure washing and generally upgrading the property. I haven't had many maintenance issues, but the ones I've had were taken care of promptly. I have nice neighbors and no problems with noise. Office staff are friendly and helpful with any issues I've had.

Great place to live and quite

Anytime I have a problem with my apartment, they always get it fixed that day, but that’s rarely the case. Hardly have any problems.

Great Community

The management and maintenance are great! I have referred several of my friends and they love living here as well. If you need somewhere that is quiet and spacious I definitely recommend living at Skylar.
