Lived at Morgan Manor for from 2006 - 2020 and only moved to assist aging family in another state. It was consistently well maintained, peaceful & quiet, every convenience within walking distance, beautiful grounds (creek included), long time staff who were not only professional but friendly. THE BEST neighbors anywhere! Loved every minute and just may go back some day.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy living here. The apartment is well laid out, the master bedroom is unusually large, and the master walk-in closet is roomy. There's even a coat closet near the front door. We (and the cats) enjoy the covered patio in the summer and the gas fireplace in the winter. Ours overlooks a stream which is especially nice. The apartment appears to be well insulated because we have yet to hear a neighbor through the walls. For that matter, the entire complex is very quiet... and peaceful. The swimming pool and spa are well maintained and never crowded. The exercise room, although small, is adequate. Parking is ample. Maintenance is very responsive and they (as well as management) go to great lengths to resolve any issues. The downsides are few: the dishwasher is noisy, there is no ceiling fan in the second bedroom, and there is no covered parking.

Very conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and drug store. Immaculately kept grounds. Courteous, responsive and friendly maintenance crew. Concrete patios perfect for outdoor dining, some overlooking a babbling brook. Lived here 8 years and would highly recommend to anyone.

This apartment is centrally located and in walking distance to everything required or desired including grocery, hardware, drug store and restaurants. Well designed layout with two full bedrooms and baths. The master bedroom easily accommodates a massive king sized bedroom suite with triple dresser, armoire and more. Huge walk-in closet, concrete patio for cooking and eating outside overlooking a babbling brook. Storage garage available for only $100 a month extra. Grounds immaculate. ... Maintenance and grounds crew responsive, courteous and cheerful. Fire and police protection excellent. Would happily recommend to seniors or professionals. Not recommended for school age children due to distance to zoned schools.
