Moved here in April from our of state. After residing here for about 4 months, my wife was offered a great opportunity for career advancement which has forced us to break our 18 month lease. I explained this to the managers but as I agreed to their terms in the lease I signed, I was required to pay a fee and cover 2 months of rent from the moment I informed them. Obviously, throwing away money isn’t ideal but I can’t blame them for the penalties I faced when I’m choosing to break my lease.... Thank you Tiffany and Angela…I appreciate all you’ve done for me and my wife!

Management was Great!
Lived here for 3 years and Angela and Daniel were fantastic. They were always available and willing to help, and went out of their way to do what they could to help. They were always friendly and welcoming. Those two get 5 stars, more if I could!

Horrible Management
Units poorly maintained, deceptive accounting practices, structural issues, untruthful property manager. Dumpsters always over flowing. Limited access to pool and other amenities. Pictures are not what you get!
