Do you work evenings or nights and sleep mornings? THEN DO NOT MOVE HERE !! Mowers and leaf blowers are here every 2 day and go for at least an hour each time. Parking is also a nightmare with no guest parting.

I agree with the other reviewer – this apartment complex uses a lot of hyperbole to describe the apartments. That you “will enjoy unparalleled luxury living” as they describe it on their website, is downright laughable. The apartments are poorly constructed, poorly maintained, and are cheap and cheesy on the inside. The simple-minded manager spams the residents with email threats of fines for various rules infractions, and encourages tenants to narc on one another about breaking the rules. I... think there are a lot of BSU students here, and they love to have parties and make lots of noise. I watched one of the tenants being taken away in handcuffs by the Boise police a couple days ago. Lovely.

Not by any stretch of the imagination are these “luxury apartments” as described on their website. With cheap upgrades here and there, the units are dated and rough around the edges. Kitchen and other storage space is sparse, and there is no linen storage whatsoever. The appliances are cheap/basic, mismatched and dated – my dishwasher is so loud it can be heard running from outside. I can also hear every movement the tenant above me makes through the paper-thin walls. Lots of noisy weekend... parties by young (student?) tenants. The grounds are littered with trash and dog feces.
