My husband and I have called property management on a 8 different occasions to report people smoking on the floor below us. The problem is so bad that the smoke stink comes up into our apartment and people can notice it when they walk in or on our clothes when we go to work. The property is supposed to be non smoking. Whenever we call and report we leave a detailed message and call back information and have never received a response. My husband even went into the office and talked to Cassidy in... the office and she said she would talk the tenants causing the problem and get back to us within 1-2 business days. It has now been 2 weeks with no response. Don’t live here unless you’re okay with smelling like cigarettes.

The laundry room is also nasty. There have been times where we’ve pulled our clothes out and there’s brown smears from who knows what in there.

The only plus about living here is the black out shades that also dampen the sound of the interstate. Read More

We have lived in Sun Prairie for a year. We have been good tenants, no issues. We wanted to move to a bigger unit and were told that we had to reapply and put a new deposit down, wait 30 days for our old deposit to be returned, and the reasoning I understood was that things might have changed in our income or damage to the unit. I am a property manager for a different company, and I have never heard of such a thing—the deposit transfers with any damage, etc. taken out. Seems like anyone who... renews should have to reapply as well then. We were going to pay them more money a month, and now we are looking for a different place. The complex charged me over 350.00 of my deposit, stating that the carpet was dirty when we never walked our shoes through the apt. I called and they said they shine a blue light which showed dirty. Said it was probably from our dog. I said we dont own a dog. My husband said they just ripped you off, case closed. We know for a fact when we left, the apt. was spotless, the apt. cleaner than we moved in. This is my first time ever writing a bad review.

I’ve been here 2 years. The location here is great. You’re literally within 10-15 min of everything may need: schools, a hospital, the mall, Costco, Target, Walmart, Hy-Vee, I-80, and I-235. My neighbors are super quiet, our package room is amazing, it’s dog friendly, maintenance is decent, and the staff here are nice

My only major complaint is that the laundry rooms aren’t always 100% in too shape. Often times at least one dryer is broken. When you’re sharing a tiny laundry room with 15 or so... units, it can become a battle to get your laundry done. My other complaint is that the hallways can smell like pot. I don’t care if people do it in their free time. Have at. But others shouldn’t have to smell it and allegedly you’re banned from doing so according to the lease I signed.

Overall, give this place a think over. If nothing else. The specials are usually decent. My a few years ago was a $400 Visa card. One year I got a free months of rent for signing a 12 month lease. Read More

They say cable and internet is free it’s not they put it in your rent!! Once you sign the lease they become rude, disrespectful and very unkind!! Be careful when you shower, it goes back and forth freezing cold to burning your skin! The water always smells so bad like rotted eggs and sewage! They’re money hungry they will charge you for every little thing! The cops are here a lot there has been violence outside not a safe place! The hallways always smell!
