The management at this complex is a horror show. They take weeks (or months) to respond to requests. They’re extremely sassy and rude if something goes wrong. I had maggots in my apartment (eww) and they refused to even send over someone to come take care of it. I had bed bugs another time, it took them over a week to get someone out here to spray. The place is overall extremely disorganized, and the management is incredibly rude.
