Excellent Tour & Great Lofts The tour was great! I lobe that the lofts were very clean and they have all of amenities you would want. Cant wait to become a resident!!! This is the only place that would make me relocate from Illinois to St Louis!

Maintenance Review: Bedroom Lightbulb & Patio Door Handle Thank for performing the maintenance fix for the bedroom light bulb and patio door handle. However please next time coordinate the time for the maintenance fix to ensure my availability in the apartment. I wrote specific requests and times as to my availability when I submitted the request online but they were disregarded, and I was never contacted beforehand out of courtesy. This was also even after I conferred with the... gentleman/resident advisor in the lobby shortly after I submitted the request. Part of the reason is that I previously had work done in my apartment without notice and my supervision and my unit was damaged; I also have equipment and files from my employer that need to be safeguarded. Thank you for understanding and again for performing the fix in a timely manner. It is very much appreciated.
