This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Management does not care about their renters, they ignore emails, and are always “in meetings” or “on lunch” when you need them. The property is filthy—trash is everywhere, it wreaks of rubbish and dog poop inside the elevator, and zero real security despite homeless people constantly lingering right outside our doors. If you’re considering moving here, don’t! It’s a nightmare.

Horrible management and apartment complex
There is nothing about this apartment complex being luxurious this complex is built horribly. The walls are very thin with loud noises, from the tenants and outdoors. There are bugs everywhere, not to mention our common area keeps flooding out, for no reason. I have plenty pictures to share of the trash compactor overly filled with garbage stinking up the entire hallway, and I learned that my neighbors apartment apparently continues to flood which the manager Eve, has done nothing to accommodate... my neighbor in this situation and I am going to share with every renter in this complex as well as the Portland news! This place is really a DUMP! Ran by incompetent management….

I probably complained a lot in this survey, but overall I love living here. The onsite maintenance and housekeeping teams are really dedicated and pleasant to work with. I enjoy the convenience of living downtown while also feeling safe and secure. My neighbors are friendly and polite. Not to mention, the building is beautiful! I love our mini gallery, the view out my window, and always feeling excited to have friends visit me.

We enjoy living in a beautiful, modern high-rise glass tower in the heart of Portland's arts district. Great views, great location, good parking, well-maintained building with some nice amenities, friendly neighbors...we love it here!
