Management is terribly incompetent. Keep all your receipts. Get everything Management says in writing. Because I lived there over 3 years then had to move. Now they saying my last months rent wasn't included in my 1600$ application fees. Worst experience ever!!! And now they trying to claim month after my 30 day notice. Take pictures of before and after as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!!

Incompetent staff
This is the absolute worst apartment I have ever rented. Along with the sketchy area and stinky hallways the staff are aweful. They cashed my rent payments and accused me of not paying multiple times. They took me to court and sent me eviction notices. Everytime I brought the papers and proof of payment to the office they dismissed it and told me it was fine, but never ended up taking care of it untill 4 months later. They don't return phone calls and have extremely poor communication with you.... I do not recommend leasing here. Not worth the headache.

Sizable but Sketchy
Woodbridge Manor is an affordable option for living in Lansing proper. It is close to Holt and makes a surprisingly quick trip downtown. The complex itself has wonderfully friendly management that is easy to talk to.
The downside is location and safety. Although there is great shopping very close the accessibility to food that is not junk is terrible. Also it is located on a bus route on a street where a variety of character congregate, right on a bus route. The doors to the apartment... buildings are not locked, so any cold beggar can be wandering around the street and in your building at any given moment. I once found a man in the laundry room ( which is tiny) asleep on the floor. I thought that he was dead and freaked out. The buildings are in need of repair.

WOODBRIDGE MANOR
This is a VERY spacious apartment. The master bedroom is humungous with a walk in closet that's the size of a small room, not to mention the sink and mirror that is located in there too. The apartment is in a perfect location also right across from a shopping center and grocery store and the highway is seconds away! Very quiet area, nice swimming pool, and beautiful landscaping!
