Attn Owner of Elm Tree Commons

You need someone managing the property who does their job. No phone calls answered for weeks, getting random text messages with questions answered half assed at random times…I will not be moving forward because your establishment is coming across as extremely unprofessional. Please find someone who is good with people and actually wants to work with people. If they can’t make a simple phone call and answer a question or two…. I think you need someone better for the job. It is turning your... business into a stench I am now blacklisting. Thank you for wasting weeks of my and my partner’s time. Which I might add she also never answered his phone calls or questions.

Don't waste your time

These places are overcharged with 0 amenities other apartments charging similar have, it's 2023 and they STILL don't have an online payment option, small living room, small kitchen. Just don't waste your time and go somewhere better

Amazing place!!

We love this neighborhood and we are so happy to lives here for more than 2 years is very nice for the entire family and also the management are very kind and helpful. I love to live in this place and I recommend ??

Highly recommend.

My husband and I brought our first baby home to this apartment complex. We were very thankful for such a nice place and affordable to call home. Maintenance and management were very easy to contact if any issues came up.
