Cassandra has helped us out a lot. When we had questions, she always had an answer. She is very nice! I never had an issue with Cassandra. She was always on top of things! No bugs! No nothing! If you're thinking about living here, then GO FOR IT! I love it here!!!

love it here, been here 2 1/2 years in a studio and now moving to a two bed. The cleanest, quietest, pest free??????NO BUGS!!!.
By far the best compared to the last four OTHER properties I've rented from......

I've been living here for a few months now. Best experience by far. Juanita is the office manager here and she takes care of everything. The application process and response time was done in such a timely manner. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness she and the workers here have shown. Parking is never a hassle, its clean, neighbors are very considerate with each other, and the plants around here are well kept. Laundry room is clean as well. Again, overall great experience. I've... recommended my coworkers, clients and friends! I hope future residents enjoy their stay here too.

They moved me in quickly which was great. I was living there month to month. I gave my 30 day notice and when the time came, we thoroughly cleaned the apartment. I was cleaner when I move out then when I moved in. The apartment manager Crystal walked with me through the apartment to do the final inspection. She even commented on how clean it was. The carpets were even shampooed. She told me to my face that I would receive my full deposit in 21 days. There was nothing in the apartment she pointed... out that needed any work done. I never even put anything on the walls, I was there a short time.
What I received from her was well short of my full deposit. She came up with over $140.00 of bogus charges and fees. One charge was even titled "general" and it was for $45.00. That is how little respect they treat their customers. It was disappointing to see that she said one thing but did another. A poison of our times. I could not now recommend this apartment to anyone. I would rather spend more money at an honest place rather than be lied to.
