I lived here for 2 years in townhome. Management staff was always responsive to needs, maintenance knowledgeable & respectful, the grounds are kept nicely, and it's a safe & generally quiet complex that has a nice dog park tucked away on the side. The townhomes are designed well so that it minimize noise from other units. Highly recommend if you can afford it.

I have lived at the Avery for one year, and it has been a very good experience. Maintenance is on point and the staff is amazing. They are cooperative and easy to talk too, and they resolve any issues that might come up. I give the Avery 5 stars on my one year anniversary, I wish I could upload pictures of how beautiful the apartments truly are

I lived here since 2014 and I thoroughly enjoy it! The convenience of having so many amenities and not having to worry about keeping the grounds clear from raking leaves in the fall and shoveling snow in the winter is a plus to me. I have been very happy and will continue to reside here!

The apartments are nice and new; no problems with them. But for a year we've had issues with extremely noisy neighbors and were basically told there was nothing that could be done, other than having the staff talk to them. I'm not talking about normal noise you'd expect when living in an apartment. I mean "keep you awake and rattle your apartment" kind of noise!
It is the #1 reason we're not renewing our lease. In my opinion, the lack of resolution and extremely poor customer service is... something any potential tenant should think twice about before renting here.

Just move in and already parking is an issue and the building isn't even full yet. The new inside may not be enough to keep me here past my lease. I hate to say it but I am regretting this move.
