I rated North Pointe Apartments a 3 because it's not a terrible place to live but I honestly can't wait to get out of there. It's loud, noisy, the driveway is full of huge potholes, there are broken down cars in the covered parking spots, the lawn has garbage thrown on it, the oven door is falling off in our apartment, I can smell weed in the hallway, people do not take their dogs to the designated dog areas, there's no way out of our lease even though we can barely afford it, and we're just fed... up with living here.
