This is a tax exempt property, but it is very regulated so it makes for a quiet and family friendly environment. The staff and management are friendly and make sure to enforce the rules. There is a tennis court, pool, and 24 hr gym. The community is quite diverse. We pay 640.00 for a two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms apartment, it is one of the most affordable places in town but with a wait list it can be quite difficult to get in. They will need to verify your income and assets to make sure that you... don't go over the limit, which for a family of 3 is like $3,800 per month. You will need to provide income verification every year also, but you don't need to meet the income requirement after the first year. They also make quarterly inspections in every apartment (which are notified in advance) to make sure that they won't get fined if they were to get an inspection from federal housing.
