I have lived here over a year and a half and am so happy I chose this apartment complex. It is quiet, the grounds are immaculate and the apartments are very roomy. I've only had one maintenance request so far and it was handled in a timely manner. The office staff is so nice. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

My wife and I have lived here for 6 months. We have had multiple conversations with the office staff and maintenance staff as we take walks and check the mail. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to live.We love that it is a safe environment as well as a clean and well maintained apartment and neighborhood
If your considering moving to Clinton and need an apartment with management staff and maintenance staff that will treat you like a priority both before and after signing your lease then... choose Willow Run.
The remodeled apartments are definitely worth the money. These apartments are also convenient to Knoxville so you can avoid paying the high Knoxville rent in order to get a safe neighborhood.
