The first couple of months I had no issues until I renewed my lease . It was an absolute nightmare. If you plan on staying only stay for one leading period if any period. It was like non stop pest activity and pest control didn’t do a very good job ! Not recommended at all !

Pipes burst due to freezing weather, it took months to fix. During that time an entire building burned down. The pool has been closed all summer and is a mosquitoes dream with the stagnate green water and the gym remains having no working AC while the heat index consistently breaks 100 degrees.
But don't worry, the rent goes up.

These apartments are out dated, plumbing issues, mold, pest issues. If these apartments looked as nice as the front office then they would be worth it. My advice “run”!!!

I moved into the Hamptons of East Cobb in 2013 and I have been excited about moving here. The grounds are well kept and always neat and tidy. It is a safe, attractive, clean and friendly environment that we would recommend to anyone. Maintenance is fast if there is an issue, and the management team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I love Jennifer she is very helpful and helps you to the best of her ability.
