Best place I’ve lived by far
The staff is very accommodating, the property always well maintained, and the maintenance people actually know what they’re doing. 5/5 would recommend to anyone

I have lived at Lexington Hills for 4 years and just love it here. Great place to walk. The sunsets are awesome and there are so many rainbows its incredible. My apartment is perfect for my needs and I love that I have a washer and dryer in my unit, as well as a very spacious garage and a big balcony. I plan on staying for many more years. I have lived in other places and although no place is perfect, I feel like I really made a great choice in moving here.

We love the community here at Lexington Hills
Our apartment is clean and spacious
Our neighbors are awesome
The property is peaceful, tucked away near farm land and close to everything in the Capital District.
However,
Over the past year it feels like the management and owners have lost interest, professional landscape and snow removal services have stopped and amenities such as gym and clubhouse have been closed.
The Residences at Lexington Hills is marketed as a luxury apartment complex.... Unless the owners reconsider restoring professional snow and landscape services, open gym and clubhouse and provide support to their overwhelmed maintenance person, I would reconsider leasing here.

Recently moved out of the apartment due to many reasons. Apartment although looks beautiful from the outside, is made out of cheap material. The walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything that your neighbor is doing. There are no gutters, so in the winter, every time we walked out of the door, the entry way and driveway had a thick sheet of ice from the snow melting. I had to email the apartment manager, Rachael multiple times for them to place some salt on the ice to prevent us from... falling every time we slipped. The maintenance guy, Larry showed up to our place to change the air filters although we asked that nobody came in while we were not at home (we had just gotten a puppy who was scared of strangers). The air quality in the apartment is awful, the filters need to be changed monthly. Everything grew mold (even in the fridge) despite weekly scrubbing and cleaning. Once we decided to move out, the manager (Rachael) became very unprofessional and nasty. They charged us over $1800 due to "pet stains" underneath the carpet- although the exterior carpet was in great condition. Even though we payed an initial pet fee of $300 and a $20 monthly pet fee...which makes you wonder what the heck the pet fee was for.
Also, every time the maintenance guy came in, he had his dirty shoes on despite us asking him to take them off. Will not be renting from them again! Just be very cautious if you do rent from them.
