I love my apartment and just signed for a 2nd year! I have so much space and storage and it feels more like I live in a house then an apartment. I really like not having to look at a parking lot when I'm on my balcony. It just feels really good to be home! The staff here is amazing, especially the maintenance guys. They are all so friendly and so quick to take care of my work orders. They have great events every month but because of covid, they are on hold :( I saw some comments about the... internet and I only know that I have never had any issues even now having to work from home. I've had to move a lot in the last 15 years and this by far is the happiest I have been in an apartment! Thank you to the staff for everything you do!

The amenities are nice, but there is constant - as in seven days a week, 10 hours a day - noise from construction.

Well it's that time of year. I can't believe it's been a year already, and it's been a wonderful year living here. I LOVE the area! The office and maintenance staff are always friendly with great customer service and helpful when something is needed. We have enjoyed the pool/grill area. I can't wait till it gets cool to enjoy the fire pit!! A HUGE THANK YOU to my Asst. Apartment Manager Mr. Kristan for assisting me with my upcoming lease renewal. THANK YOU AND I LOOK FORWARD TO ANOTHER YEAR AT... AVELLAN SPRINGS!!
